Phase II ESAs are completed following the ASTM E1903-11 Standard Practice and typically include sampling and analysis of environmental media (soil, groundwater, surface water, soil gas, etc.) to quantify environmental impacts to a property.

Voluntary Cleanup Program
Maryland’s Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP), established in 1997 through state legislature, serves as state oversight for the voluntary cleanup of contaminated properties throughout Maryland. Undergoing Completing the VCP process is can be incredibly complex, and Arc Environmental is highly experienced, specializing in every facet of the VCP process.
We begin with the initial due diligence and site characterization process. From there, we develop environmental risk management strategies for the identified contaminants, address worker health and safety during development, and provide support for the redevelopment of a property through remediation or implementation of engineered site controls during construction.
