Following the evaluation of offers, an offeror is selected for exclusive contract negotiations and award of contract. The process entails deal negotiations, drafting a term sheet of business points, verifying pro forma assumptions, financing terms and resources, confirming project implementation process and resources, advising the client throughout the transaction process and drafting a contract in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. Following execution of a contract, oversight of project implementation offers the client assurance of independent verification of execution in conformance with performance metrics and milestones. Part of the oversight entails record keeping of meetings, project status reports, description of problems or conflicts and recommended resolution, and review and approval of requisitions for payment.
